Equity Release
We charge clients a fee of £799 of which £500 is payable at the point of application for an Equity Release product and £299 is payable on completion. In addition to the fee we charge, we may receive a fee or commission from the Equity Release provider, which will be disclosed on the Key Facts Illustration / European Standardised Information Sheet you will receive relating to your chosen product.
You will receive a Key Facts Illustration / European Standardised Information Sheet when considering a particular equity release product which will tell you about any fees relating to it.
We are committed to treating our clients fairly, so may alter our normal remuneration levels if we believe it is commercially or otherwise justified.
We will be happy to send you a copy of our Client Agreement on request. It contains full details of our fees and service propositions.
